Picton Mahoney Fortified Long Short Alternative Fund Class ETF

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide consistent long-term capital appreciation and to provide unitholders with an attractive risk-adjusted rate of return by actively investing in a portfolio comprised of long and short equity securities. The Fund may also invest in fixed income securities, derivative instruments, such as options, futures, forward contracts and swaps, securities of investment funds, and cash and cash equivalents. The Fund may engage in physical short sales and/or borrowing for investment purposes.
