The investment objectives of Life Sciences are to provide Life Sciences Unitholders with: (a) stable monthly cash distributions; and (b) enhanced long-term total return through capital appreciation of the Life Sciences investment portfolio through an investment strategy that focuses primarily on investing in dividend-paying securities of Healthcare & Life Sciences Issuers.
