The fund will invest substantially all of its assets in U.S. Treasury securities and in the shares of a wholly-owned subsidiary (the "Subsidiary") that holds exchange-traded options, including FLexible Exchange Options ("FLEX Options"), that reference the performance of the SPDR Gold Trust (the "Underlying ETF"). It is non-diversified.
