The investment objectives of Wellness are to provide Wellness Unitholders with: (a) stable monthly cash distributions; and (b) enhanced long-term total return through capital appreciation of the Wellness' investment portfolio through an investment strategy that focuses primarily on investing in dividend-paying securities of Healthcare & Wellness Issuers.
