Fidelity Systematic U.S. High Yield Bond Currency Neutral ETF aims to achieve a high level of income with the potential for capital gains. It seeks a similar return to Fidelity Systematic U.S. High Yield Bond ETF (the "underlying Fidelity ETF") by investing substantially all of its assets in units of the underlying Fidelity ETF. The underlying Fidelity ETF invests primarily in U.S. high yield securities, leveraging a quantitative multi-factor model. The ETF uses derivatives to try to minimize the exposure to currency fluctuations between the U.S. and Canadian dollars.
