Brompton European Dividend Growth ETF

The investment objectives of Brompton European Dividend Growth ETF are to provide Unitholders of the Brompton ETF with: (a) stable monthly cash distributions; (b) the opportunity for capital appreciation; and (c) lower overall volatility of portfolio returns than would otherwise be experienced by owning securities of European Dividend Growth Companies (as defined herein) directly. The Brompton ETF seeks to hedge substantially all of its direct exposure to foreign currencies back to the Canadian dollar.
