Syntax Stratified MidCap ETF

Under normal market conditions, the fund generally invests substantially all, and at least 95%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index, which was created by Syntax LLC, an affiliate of the fund's investment adviser, is the stratified-weight version of the broad-based S&P MidCap 400® Index and holds the same constituents as the S&P MidCap 400 Index.
