The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the CrowdBureau® Peer-to-Peer Lending and Equity Crowdfunding Index.
The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the securities that comprise the index. The index is composed of common stocks and depositary receipts issued by small, mid or large capitalization issuers operating in developed or emerging markets. The fund is non-diversified.
